Chain Roller blinds drive the bead wheel running to supply the running power of arbor wheel along the roller wheel in the torsional spring’s loosing direction, together with support plat to drive the roller tube running and drive the fabric remove up and down. Chain roller blinds could build in spring help system to make it more energy saving and more steady running. Chain roller blinds have the characteristics of easy installing, long service life, high strength, lower influence of circumstance, non-deforming, exquisite appearance etc.

Chain roller blinds are consisted by the components of chute, clutch, chain, code, bottom rail, fabric etc.

The aluminum alloy tube is 28mm or 38mm diameter with the anodic oxidation treatment surface and smooth pvc plug-in unit.

The fabric is no need to be sewed and the fittings is scientific and rational logistic, with the function of anti-skidding and auto-lock in the operating process.

The chain is smooth, little friction, against break.

The delicate design, Operation and control of gear wheel become smoother and the components is against UV, aging, brittleness and distortion.

 

Helper Spring System

 

When the chain roller blinds is wide and high or the fabric is massive relatively, the spring help system could be installed in one side of the roller tube to reach the effect of energy saving as pulling. The spring help system could release the clutch’s load, to make the chain roller blinds system more durable; the pulling up force of roller blinds will save 50% to 90% based on the different size and model choice of spring help system for various width, height and weight of roller blinds.

Chain roller blinds should use different chain bead according to the requirements. Only the diameter, space of the chain bead matching with the clutch, the optimal using effort could reach.

1. Plastic dense chain bead:

The friction and break between chain and clutch are little, equal load-carrying, smooth and steady running, Long service life.

2. Plastic thin chain bead:

The usability of thin chain bead is similar as the dense. Slight low strength, the drape property is much better.

3. stainless chain bead:

High strength, better drape property, lower influence of circumstance, more durable, a little expensive, used in high and heavy blinds
